After suffering a heart-attack, a 59-year-old carpenter tries to navigate the mindless, crushing bureaucracy in order to receive an Employment and Support Allowance. He befriends a single mother and her two kids as they all try to make their way through the impersonal, Kafkaesque benefits system. A powerful, moving film experience.
