Doors open at 7 pm. Reserved tickets are held until 7:15. To enhance the filmgoing experience, we regret that there is no admittance to the theatre after 7:30pm. ReservationsYou may reserve a ticket online using our online form. Disabled AccessThe Film Society gives priority for front row seating to people in wheelchairs, or those who have difficulty with stairs. You can contact us in advance, or simply talk to the ushers when you arrive at the theatre. The handicap parking spots at the Heritage Theatre are on the North Road side of the building, and there is a ramp up to the front doors. While the theatre has been retrofitted for wheelchair accessibility, it's an old building and clearances are tight in the hallways and washrooms.
