Black Cat Cinema is an independent community project run under the auspices of the SCFS and coordinated by former SCFS board member and programmer David Barbarash. It's aims are to provide independent and intriguing films, mostly documentaries, unlikely to be seen through mainstream avenues. The focus of Black Cat Cinema films are primarily political and progressive themes, in addition to spiritual and metaphysical concepts.
